With the SLA in place, our dedicated team actively sources candidates aligned with each client’s unique need and requirements. Prior to presenting candidates for client interviews, we conduct thorough reference checks. Upon client approval of suitable candidates, we facilitate the preparation of contracts, ensuring a seamless onboarding and induction process.

Post Onboarding

Our commitment extends beyond onboarding, encompassing regular performance reviews and compiling insightful reports for our clients. We conduct annual reviews of rates and proactively address any changes or enhancements to scope of work, in alignment with the SLA.
